Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effects of lipid microspheres prostaglandin El on senile patients with chronic renal insufficiency. Methods 112 senile patients with chronic renal insufficiency were selected and divided into control and research group with 56 ones in each group. The control group received the common symptomatic treatment, while based on the same treatment, the research group also received lipid microspheres prostaglandin El. Four weeks after the treatment,the changes in the clinical data of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results ( 1 ) Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in the hemorheological parameters like whole blood viscosity high, medium and low cut, plasma viscosity 120, erythrocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidity index, red blood cell deformation index, erythrocyte electrophoresis index, the content of plasma fibrinogen, and ESR K value between the two groups ( P > 0. 05 ). After the treatment, compared with those parameters of the control group, those of the research group significantly decreased (F<0.05).(2) Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of BUN, Cr,CCr,UA,24 h urine protein,mALB,and β2 - MG between the two groups ( P >0. 05 ). After the treatment,compared with the levels of CCr,24 h urine protein,mALB,and β2 - MG in the control group, those levels in the research group significantly decreased ( P < 0.05 ).( 3 ) Before and after the treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of BUN,CCr,mALB,and β2 - MG in the treatment group with Cr≥176μmol/L ( P >0.05 ). But compared with the levels of BUN, CCr, mALB,and p$2 - MG in the treatment group with Cr < 176 μmol/L before the treatment, those levels significantly decreased after the treatment ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion Lipid microspheres prostaglandin El can improve the hemorheology and microcirculation and has good curative effect on senile patients with chronic renal insufficiency,especially in the early stage.
