拉莫三嗪与卡马西平治疗三叉神经痛的疗效对比

摘要
Abstract
Objective To ohserve and make comparison of curative effects between lamotrigine and carbamazepine on trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Thirty patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia received the treatment with lamotrigine, and another 30 ones received the treatment with carbamazepine. According to the visual analogue scales ( VAS ), comparison was made in the degree of pain, total effective rate, and complete remission 1 month and 2 months after the treatment between the two groups. Results There were significant differences in the VAS of the lamotrigine group before and after the treatment ( P <0. 01 ). After the treatment, there was no significant difference in the VAS among the patients in the carbamazepine group ( P > 0. 05 ). The total effective rate of the carbamazepine group was superior to that of the lamotrigine group ( P <0.05 ),but the complete remission of the effective cases in the lamotrigine group was superior to that in the carbamazepine group. Conclusion Lamotrigine is an effective drug in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.
