颈椎Cage植骨融合术在颈椎间盘病变中的应用研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To make comparison of curative effects between cervical Cage bone graft fusion and internal fixation by titanium plate grafting on cervical intervertebral disc lesion. Methods Fifty six patients with protrusion of cervical intervertebral disc were selected and divided into observation group that received the treatment by cervical Cage bone graft fusion and control group that received the internal fixation by titanium plate grafting with 28 patients in each group. Comparison was made in the conditions during the operation,JOA score before and after the operation, cervical vertebral fusion rate, symptom relief rate after the operation, and the incidence of complications between the two groups. Results The operation time and the time of iliac removing in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group( P < 0. 05 ), and the intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05 ).The JOA scores of the two groups in 3 and 12 months after the operation were significantly better than those before the operation! P <0. 05 ). The symptom relief rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05 ). The incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the observation group( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Cage bone graft fusion has shorter operative time, less intraoperative bleeding, higher symptom relief rate,and less postoperative complications and is worthwhile to be clinically promoted.
