按需镇痛与按时镇痛在骨科无痛病房建设中的临床应用效果比较

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare peri-operative analgesia effect between pain relief on timing method and pain relief on required method in orthopaedic "painless unit" procedures. Methods:Eighty-five patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery were randomly divided into two groups. The peri-operative analgesia of the patients was benefited from pain relief on required method in A group (n = 42 ). The peri-operative analgesia of the patients was benefited from pain relief on timing method in B group (n =43). Visual analogue scale ( VAS) scores and cumulative volumes of the opioid were assessed every 8 hours postoperatively until 72 hours. Sleep disturbance, satisfied score were also measured in the two groups. Results:VAS scores, sleep disturbance were significantly better in the B groups, compared with the A group (P < 0. 05). The B group was more satisfied with analgesia treatment (P <0. 05). Conclusion:The peri-operative pain relief on timing method could clearly improve analgesia effect, release the sleep disturbance in orthopaedic " painless unit" procedures.关键词
