尼麦角林片联合养血清脑颗粒在慢性紧张性头痛的应用研究
Study of combination of Nicergoline and Yangxueqingnao Particles in the treatment of Chronic Tension-Type Headache

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of nicergoline and Yangxueqingnao particles on chronic tension-type headache. Methods:Ninety-eight patients were divided into observation group and control group. Observation group was given with nicergoline and Yangxueqingnao particles, control group was given with flunarizine. Curative effect were observed in a 4-week follow-up. Blood routine test, urine routine test, blood biochemical and electrocardiogram were examined before and after treatment. Visual analogy score ( VAS) was used for the evaluation of painness. Results:Before treatment, VAS of observation group was 8.09 ± 1.43, control group 8.00 ± 1. 40. After treatment, VAS of observation group was 3. 47 ± 2. 23, control group 4. 91 ±2. 42. The difference of VAS between two groups was statistically significant (P <0. 05). The total effective rate was 92. 10% of observation group and 65. 50% of control group. The difference of total effective rate between two groups was statistically significant (P < 0. 05 ). No significant difference was found in adverse effects ( P > 0. 05 ) . Blood routine test, urine routine test, blood biochemical and electrocardiogram did not show abnormalty. Conclusion:Effect of nicergoline and Yangxueqingnao particles on chronic tension-type headache is better than than of flunarizine.关键词
