左上颌窦恶性纤维组织细胞瘤一例

摘要
Abstract
The incidence of sinonasal malignant fibrous histiocytoma ( MFH) is extremely rare. We recruited a patient diagnosed as sinonasal MFH and treated in our hospital. The patient was misdiagnosed as Chronic sinusitis before previously. In a 6-month follow-up, no postoperative recurrence was found. The case indicates that for elderly patients suffering from unilateral sinusitis, early CT or MRI examination is very important. Once suspected, the patient should undertake biopsy and immunohistochemistry. The key to treatment is to apply radical resection as soon as possible.关键词
