嗜铬细胞瘤合并肾上腺节细胞神经瘤一例

Abstract
Objectives:To explore the main diagnosis and treatment points in composite pheochromocytoma and adrenal ganglioneuroma. Methods:Diagnosis and treatment procedures of one composite pheochromocytoma and adrenal ganglioneuroma patient was analysed. Result; Pheochromocytoma in the patient with history of hypertension and diabetes was confirmed by laboratory examination, CT and MRI. After resection of adrenal tumor with laparoscopic, blood pressure drop to normal range, and post-operative histopathologic examinationshowed that pheochromocytoma was consistent with composite pheochromocytoma and adrenal ganglioneuroma. Conclusion:Composite pheochromocytoma and adrenal ganglioneuroma is a rare benign tumor mainly with pheochromocytoma clinical manifestation. Diagnosis should be made by histological examination, and surgery isthe optimal treatment .关键词
