目的:观察全身麻醉下手术患者呼气末二氧化碳与动脉血二氧化碳差(值)异,为临床提供参考.方法:随机选择的874例患者中,男性410例,年龄范围为14~84岁,女性464例,年龄范围为12~93岁;肝、胆、胰、脾手术342例,胃肠手术249例,甲状腺手术和乳腺手术229例,肺、纵膈、食管手术23例,其他手术31例.麻醉选择快速诱导、气管内插管、静吸复合全身麻醉、机械通气.机械通气20 min后,经动脉采血行血气分析(美国Nova Biomedical…查看全部>>
Objective To observe difference between end-tidal CO2 pressure(PetCO2) and arterial CO2 pressure(PaCO2) in the patients who undergoing mechanical ventilation and general anesthesia. Methods There were 874 patients needing surgical operations were randomly selected, including 410 males ranging from 14 to 84 years of ages and 464 females from 12 to 93 years old.
