Abstract
Objective To study the long-term stability of G4 CyberKnife by analyzing daily quality assurance result, and to seek a suit of method for clinical daily dosimetric verification. Methods Quickcheck system was used to collect daily quality control data to investigate the stability of dose output and energy stability, meanwhile, the flatness and symmetry of the beam field were analyzed. Results The dose output and energy generally varied within ±2%, the flatness within ±5% and the symmetry within ±2% for the data in two months. Conclusion The stability of G4 CyberKnife is acceptable for accurate radiotherapy. Quickcheck system can ensure the safety and precision of the G4 CyberKnife.
