A Review of Low Voltage DC Power Distribution System
摘要
Abstract
As the proliferations of distributed generation and power electronic equipment in low voltage systems, the advantages of low-voltage direct current (LVDC) power distribution systems emerged and attracted more and more researchers' attentions. The existing literatures about system structures, compatibility and the model of the load, power quality and power supply reliability, system protection and controlling, energy-saving evaluation for LVDC show that LVDC systems are available to supply most of loads designed for low voltage AC (LVAC) systems, and can control transient process effectively to keep the supply continuity. Especially in the LVDC system including distributed generation devices (such as solar, wind power, fuel cells), LVDC systems have enormous potential in energy saving, enhancing supply reliability and power quality, simplifying system structure in comparison with LVAC systems. This paper also presents the issues that need more research works and discussions.关键词
