Abstract
Objective: To research the relationship of career maturity(CM), achievement motivation and career decision-making self-efficacy. Methods: A total of 336 college students completed Achievement Motivation Questionnaires, Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scales and Career Maturity Inventory. Results: Achievement motivation and career decision-making self-efficacy were associated with career maturity. Stepwise regression analysis showed that career decision-making self-efficacy mediated the relationship between achievement motivation and career maturity, but achievement motivation also made direct contribution to career maturity. Conclusion: Career decision-making self-efficacy has partial mediating effects between achievement motivation and career maturity.关键词
