恶性疟原虫PfEMP-1的研究进展
Research progress in PfEMP-1 of Plasmodium falciparum
摘要
Abstract
PfEMP-l is encoded by members of Plasmodium falciparum (P. falciparum) var gene family . As an important protein of P. falciparum which live in the host (mosquito and human) , it not only involves in the antigen variation and regulation of immune response , but also refers as an important cytoadherence molecule . In this article, PfEMP-1 is reviewed from the basic structure characteristics to the research and clinical application and promotion , and further explains would be given to the theoretical evidence for the feasibility of malaria vaccine development .关键词
