四株鸽Ⅰ型副黏病毒的分离鉴定及基因型分析
Identification and genotypic analysis of four isolates of pigeon paramyxovirus type Ⅰ

Abstract
In order to study the epidemic characteristics of pigeon paramyxovirus type Ⅰ (PPMV-Ⅰ ) disease in Anhui Province and to demonstrate the relationship between pigeon paramyxovirus type I isolates and Newcastle disease virus(NDV) strains,4 isolates ( AH-2012, AH-2012-1, AH-2012-2 and AH-2012-3)derived from pigeon farms were identified by RT-PCR,serological test and sequence analysis. As a result,the isolates exhibited hemagglutination and could be inhibited by the standard NDV positive serum. Specific fragment of partial F gene was obtained and cloned. Sequence alignment indicated that the F gene of the isolates shared close identity with NDV with similarity above 94. 8%. However,when compared with classical strain LaSota and F48E9,the identity was lower with only 80% similarity. The amino acids from position 112 - 117 in F protein sequence was R-R-Q-K-R-F, which confirmed that the 4 isolates belong to genotype Ⅵ of pigeon paramyxovirus.关键词
