小花棘豆对家兔血液生化指标的影响
Effect of Oxytropis glabra on serum biochemical indexes of rabbit

Abstract
Twenty-four rabbits were randomly and equally divided into 4 groups, which contained a control group and experimental groups Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ. The animal experiment was to investigate the effect of Oxytropis glabra DC on blood biochemical indexes,and to reveal the toxicity mechanism of O. glabra DC. These rabbits in the experimental groups were fed daily with O. glabra DC at 5,10 or 20 g/(kg · d) until typical symptoms being observed. During the test,blood routine items and biochemical parameters of each group were measured respectively. After 70 d test, the activity of serum AST, ALT,AKP and LDH in the poisoned rabbits were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the activity of serum AMA, SOD,GSH-Px and CAT in the poisoned rabbits were significantly dropped. The contents of serum BUN, CRE,GLU,TC and MDA in the poisoned rabbits were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the contents of serum TG was dropped. The results showed that O. glabra DC has remarkable effects on blood biochemical indexes of rabbits,further more a time-effect as well as a dose-effect relationship was observed. It is concluded that feeding O. glabra DC causing damages in heart,liver,kidney and other viscera of the poisoned rabbits.关键词
