摘要

Abstract

To detect Encephalitozoon cuniculi rapidly and diagnose encephalitozoonosis as soon as possible in the clinic,the comparative observation of the specific staining urinary sediment smear of sick rabbits, the negative staining urinary sediment for transmission electron microscope,the specific staining renal-touched slides and the renal histopathologic sections were performed in this experiment. In result,Encephalitozoon cuniculi and pseudocysts in renal tubular epithelium were observed on the specific staining urinary sediment smear and renal-touched section by light microscopy. Thereby,sick rabbit with encephlitozoo-nosis was able to diagnose rapidly as. The examination of negative staining for transmission electron microscopy and the histopathological sections were used to corroborate the detection of urinary sediment, to make the clinic diagnosis more accuracy. The result showed that the special staining of urinary sediment smear and renal-touched slide is a rapid, accurate and simple new method for diagnosis of encephalitozoonosis in clinic.
