Screening of the Bacterium with Nematicidal Activity to Bursaphelenchuh xylophilus
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to screen bacterium with nematicidal activity to pine wood nematode ( Bursaphelenchuh xylophilus). [Method] The nematicidal activities of 12 bacteria strains isolated from pine forest and poplar forest to B. xylophilus were determined. [Result] Twelve bacteria strains were isolated from the plant, and the nematode mortality was 100% after B. xylophilus was treated by four times dilution of JK-SD001 fermentation liquor for 24 h, meanwhile the nematode appeared digestion, with the digestion rate of 80. 4% . [ Conclusion ] The research result lays the foundation for the development of biological nematicides.关键词
