摘要

Abstract

[ Objective] To discuss the differences of leaf structure index requirements in threshing and redrying by YC / T 147 - 2010 and YC / T 146 -2001 of old and new standards. [ Method] The test results of leaf structure detection tested by two screen mesh of Philip Morris and ISO were collected, and conduct difference analysis, standard deviation analysis and dispersion coefficient analysis. [ Result ] The results showed that there was a certain difference of the detection result of the two screen mesh. The certain difference of leaf rate in > 12.7 mm, > 6. 35 mm, 2. 36 -6.35 mm, < 2. 36 mm, but the fluctuation of difference was small. The difference of leaf rate was little change in > 12. 7 mm, and the difference between 3% -6%. [Conclusion] The study can provide reference data for threshing and redrying technique monitoring and equipment adjusting in production process.
