新疆不同品种的薰衣草精油成分及含量研究
Study on Composition and Content of Essential oil from Three Lavender Varieties in Xinjiang Province
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] Data were provided to further breed improvement and industry development by analyzing composition and content of essential oil from three lavender varieties. [ Method ] Firstly, the essential oil was respectively extracted from lavender inflorescence by steam distillation using NKS-L1, H-701, XDT-5. Then, the compositions and content of essential oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. [Result] The essential oil content of XDT-5 was the highest, followed by H-701, and NKS-L1 is the lowest. In addition, the essential oil composition of NKS-L1, H-701, XDT-5 were identified 35, 43 , 38 compounds, respectively. The aroma components mainly included linalool and linalyl acetate. [ Conclusion] There were significant difference of chemical component and the essential oil content among three lavender varieties.关键词
