聚氨脂板式密集烤房的应用效果分析
Application Effect of Bulk Curing Barn Insulated Polyurethane
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] In order to enhance curing capability of bulk curing barn and decrease the cost of flue-curing. [ Method ] The same middle leaves of Yunyan 97 were loaded in bulk curing barn insulated polyurethane and bulk curing barn uninsulated polyurethane, and baked by "three section mode" method. [ Result] The results showed that after using polyurethane, the saved coal was 0. 37 kg per one kg cured leaves, saved coal by 21. 89% , with 0.08 kWh of electric power per one kg cured leaves, saved electric by 17.02%. While the proportion of superior leaves was enhanced by 2.47 percent, and the Werage price of tobacco leaves cured increased by 0.11 Yuan/kg. [Conclusion] Bulk curing barn insulated polyurethane could reduce the cost of bulk-curing, promote quality of cured tobacco leaves and expedite the construction progress.关键词
