城市人居环境评价指标体系的构建与应用——以烟台市为例
Construction and Application of Evaluation Index System of the Habitat Environment in Yantai City

Abstract
Construction of evaluation index system of the habitat environment is an important content of quality evaluation of habitat environment. Selecting4 lever-1 indexes, 12 lever-2 indexes and 24 lever-3 indexes, the objective evaluation index system in Yantai was constructed. Delphi was applied to treat the indexes weight, and the evaluation of the habitat environment in Yantai from 2005 to 2011 was conducted. The results indicated that the unitary level and the various single indexes were constantly increasing. However, the development in various single indexes remained out of balance. In lever-1 indexes, economic development and social progress developed rapidly, while ecological environment and basic services developed slowly. In lever-2 indexes, economic benefit and medical treatment increased most rapidly, while resident life, traffic and air environmental quality developed slowly. Based on the current situation of the habitat environment in Yantai, corresponding measures were proposed.关键词
