针刺结合丹红注射液治疗颈性眩晕临床观察
Treatment of Cervical Vertigo with the Combination of DanHong injection (丹红注射液) and Acupuncture
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and DanHonginjection in treating cervical vertigo . Methods: 89 patients were divided randomly into an acupuncture group of 45 cases and a medication group of 44 cases. The acupuncture group received acupuncture majorly at Taichong Fengchi and other points and combine intravenous injection of DanHonginjection, and themedication group was prescribed with conventional Western medicinetreatment, successive 7 -day treatments as a course, altogether two courses. The therapeutic effects in the two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 88.9% in theacupuncture group,versus 68.2% in the medication group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.01) ;the improvement of the blood flow of vertebral artery in the acupuncture group was obviously better than that in the medication group (P < 0.01) ;Conclusion:Comparing acupuncture and DanHonginjection with conventional Western medicinetreatment in treating Vertigo disease, the first treatment method better the rapeutic effect in treating Vertigo.关键词
