Estimated value of plasma BNP and cTnT in diagnosis and prognosis of non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome

Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic and prognostic value of plasma B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) and cardiac tro-ponin T(cTnT) in non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome(NSTE-ACS). Methods 286 patients with NSTE-ACS in this hospital from January 2004 to January 2011 were selected and divided into two groups,172 cases of plasma BNP≥80 pg/mL as the group A and 114 cases of plasma BNP<80 pg/mL as the group B. The clinical data were compared between the two groups. Results Plasma BNP and serum cTnT immediately after admission,at 6,12,24,48 h in the group A were higher than those in the group B(P<0. 05). Conclusion Combined detection of plasma BNP and cTnT in clinic can be used to judge the diagnosis and prognosis of NSTE-ACS.关键词
