Abstract
With the development of automobile industry,how to use digital technology to improve the standard of motor industry,has become the problems of car companies to be solved.Chery company from 2008 began to introduce digital factory technology up to now,has been successfully applied to the six designs of welding process development.Contents include process design,equipment selection, process simulation,human simulation and so on.Through the application of digital factory system enables body-in-white process design, production line planning quality has significantly increased, Digital factory has become an indispensable technology of the production arrangements of body shop.This paper mainly tells the trend of the development of digital technology .introduce the software of digital factory,and the way chery how to use digital factory technology.And through the practical application experience, summed up the opinion how to use digital technology application in the production arrangements of body shop, the way how to do it, as well as the value of digital factory bring.关键词
