摘要
Abstract
Management and control of resistance welding machine network system become integration by the WMS welding management software.To solved the real-time, the certainty and reliability problems of the information and communication of network system.Real-time monitoring of multi-point discrete group control welding machines, database and network communication technology used in the system,may execute data acquisition,information transmission,parameter query and parameter programming function.WMS is a simple, efficient operating system; it is suitable for all welding control bus.WMS daily data collected can be screened,leaving valuable part, replace adjust.Good welding data and can edit and procedures for backup,sent to the remote server defined by the customer. By this software system can effectively monitor the quality of welding spots,arrange maintenance plans,fault diagnosis process,edit,and modify the program to optimize the production line resources work. 关键词
