Abstract
An application of new aluminum parts process technology is introduced which has been used in the press, washing & passivation,welding and painting shops of FAW-VW.The aluminum parts used in Audi body can not only reduce the total weight of the car,fuel consumption,exhaust emission and the amount of pollution, but also enhance the environmental and effective performance by re-using the aluminum materials.Lightweight design of body and some new welding processes of aluminum parts are expounded, washing & passivation,riveting technology,laser brazing,edge pressing mechanism and repair grinding etc. and their prospects are also described in the end. 关键词
