电阻焊仿真SORPASD在国内的应用

摘要
Abstract
The SORPAS is professional welding software specialized in resistance welding.lt has been used by major automotive and manufacturing companies around the world. It can be used to support design and evaluation of the weldability of materials, design and selection of electrodes and the optimization and planning of schedules with optimal welding process parameters.This article focuses on the SORPAS applications in China: (l)Based on SORPAS, the weldabilities of new materials, especially high-strength steel, high ?strength steel with Zn coating and Al-Steel, were studied by simulation analysing effects of weld specification on nugget formation-growth and weld process, which was verified by real spot weld. (2)the SORPAS was also used to assist and support to weld process design, which could reduce severe splash, solve weld puzzles without so many experiment researches. (3 )the SORPAS was also used to guild materials' research and manufacture. 关键词
