Abstract
With the development of automobile market is more and more intense competition,profit space more and more small cars and downstream suppliers. Reservoir production enterprises are also seeking methods to reduce the production cost.To improve the air tank production line is particularly important,welding tank production line will have a direct impact on production efficiency,production cost and yield;at the same time,welding production line of welding equipment is good or bad will directly affect the efficiency of production line.In the assembly line production mode,how to improve the efficiency of the whole production line transfer,how to complete the whole welding line with the minimum of the flow, and the use of advanced high degree of automation welding equipment has been paid more and more attention, so the reasonable welding process and welding equipment, it is particularly important.
