Abstract
Objective; To evaluate the efficacy, prevention and treatment of complications of retroperitoneal laparoscopic simple renal cyst surgery. Methods: The clinical data of 15 patients who underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic decortication of renal cysts from Apr. 2011 to Aug. 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All patients were treated successfully with no conversion. The operative time was 30-65 min,mean (47.6 ± 10. 3) min. The intraoperative blood loss was 10-70 ml,mean (46.6 ± 14.4) ml. The postoperative hospital stay was 3-7 d,mean (3. 5 ± 1. 1) d. In a patient of multiple renal cysts,about 150 ml of dull-red blood was drained after operation , which was cured by hemostatic and supportive treatment, the drainage tube was removed 7 days after the operation and the patient was discharged. The patients were followed up from 1 to 12 months with no urinary leakage or recurrence. Conclusions: It is mini-invasive and ideal to treat renal cyst with retroperitoneal laparoscopic decortication. Its therapeutic effect is definite,and patients can quickly restore to health. Excellent retroperitoneal anatomy and fine manipulation is the key point for success of operation and prevention of complications.关键词
