腹腔镜子宫动脉阻断法治疗输卵管间质部妊娠的临床体会
Clinical application of laparoscopic uterine artery block method in the treatment of interstitial tubal pregnancy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic uterine artery block in the treatment of tubal interstitial pregnancy. Methods: Nine cases of mass type interstitial tubal pregnancy were treated by laparoscopic operation. First the uterine artery of the affected side was ligated, then the uterine tube was cut off. Results: The laparoscopic resection of the affected uterine tube was carried out in all the nine cases. None of them experienced the conversion to open surgery and the resection of the uterus. The average time of the operation was (55 ± 16) min, the average intraoperative blood loss was (80. 6 ± 15. 8) ml. The p-HGG 3 days after the operation decreased more than 50 percent. Seven cases of the patients were followed up for 2 to 12 months,the size of the uterus and the , ovary were normal. Conclusions: The laparoscopic uterine artery block and excision of affected fallopian tube is an effective method to treat the tubal interstitial pregnancy.关键词
