免气腹经脐单孔腹腔镜卵巢良性肿瘤手术126例报告
Report of 126 cases gasless transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery for ovarian benign neoplasms

Abstract
Objective; To summarize the security, mini-invasion and prospect of gasless transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery for benign ovary tumors. Methods;The clinical data of 126 patients suffering benign ovary tumors who underwent gasless transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results; One hundred and twenty-four operations were performed successfully, 2 cases were converted to routine laparoscopic surgery and none was converted to laparotomy. The operation time was 20-50 min,mean (38 ±8) min;the urethral catheter was removed 6 h after operation and semi-liquid diet was given 12 h after surgery. The vital signs were stable during operation and no abdominal distention or back and shoulder aching occurred after surgery. The patients were with less pain. No complications occurred during the 6 months following-up. Conclusions; Gasless transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery has its unique advantages of security, mini-invasion, less trauma and pain. The scar is hidden in the umbilical region and the surgery is more acceptable in the young women. Gasless transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery for benign ovary tumors is safe and feasible, which is worthy to be popularized and a prospective new laparoscopic technique.关键词
