城市环路交通状态自适应判别方法
Self-adaptation identification method of urban ring road's traffic conditions

Abstract
To solve traffic congestion in urban ring road, based on fuzzy C - means clustering ( FCM) and grey clustering, the self - adaptation identification method of traffic conditions is proposed. First, boundary of different traffic conditions is divided based on FCM method and threshold value of different traffic conditions is calculated. Then traffic conditions are identified based on grey clustering model. The model can avoid the clustering method trapping into a local optimal solution and decrease the subjectivity when setting grey clustering' s parameters. Taking Fuzhou second rind road for example, by computational analysis of traffic flow data, the result shows that there are different traffic conditions in different sections of urban ring road and the self - adaptation identification method of traffic conditions can better fit the different sections of urban ring road.关键词
