石羊河流域农业经济和生态环境协调发展研究
Coordinated development between agricultural economy and ecological environment in Shiyang River
摘要
Abstract
The coordinated development of the economy and the environment is the key to sustainable development. Shiyang River belongs to the resource-based water basins, ecological deterioration, especially minqin county, natural vegetation wither, land desertification, salinization to speed up the process, ground water levels fall, salinity rise and so on, has seriously hindered the regional sustainable development, further influence basin social economy and ecological environment coordinated development. In order to ensure that limited water resources maximum limit applied to production, life and ecological, must reasonably determine the direction of the industrial structure adjustment , coordinate the agricultural economy and the development of the ecological environment. According to the Shiyang River basin, the paper selectied Wuwei City with four countieies (districts) as the research object, and according to the actual situation of local building the economic and environmental status of the counties, the paper constructed the agricultural economy development and ecological environment quality evaluation index system by using entropy weight method and coordinate the development model of 2010 years of Shiyang River based on the level of the coordinate development of the standard, to the counties of Shiyang River basin in agricultural economy and ecological environment degree of coordinated development preliminary discrimination. The results showed that Shiyang River basin in county agricultural development index and all the ecological environment quality index is low, among them Liangzhou Area and agricultural economic index to be higher than minqin county ecological index, and the ecological environment quality is bad, and in that area and Liangzhou and Minqin County for the development of should focus on the protection of the ecological environment and improve. Gulang County and Tianzhu County agricultural economic index under the ecological environment index, agricultural economy development backward, the main reason is the agricultural production conditions backward, agricultural facilities and effective irrigation area is insufficient, the inefficient use of resources. The counties of the coordinate development of the low, coordination level mainly concentrated in three level 4, belong to moderate and mild imbalance development, low level of coordina-tion.In future, we must focus on adjusting agricultural structure, to improve coordination development level.关键词
