急诊急救急性昏迷患者的临床分析
Clinical analysis on emergency treatment for acute coma patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the common etiology and related emergency measures for acute coma patients in emergency department,and to analyze the feasibility of using hierarchical diagnosis and treatment measures to improve the success rate of rescue for the patients.Methods A total of 135 cases of acute coma patients in the emergency department of our hospital from June 2010 to December 2010 were selected,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,we summed up the common causes of coma patients with the implementation of classification diagnosis and treatment experience of patients with the same period in the previous year,and the rescue success rate,mortality rate,recovery rate of treatment for comparison,the results were analyzed statistically.Results Among all the patients in coma the most common cause for cerebral vascular disease,implement triage after treatment the healing and improvement rate was significantly increased than those of last year,the difference was statistically signifcant (P＜0.05).Conclusions In the emergency department with acute onset of coma patients.the most common causes is acute cerebrovascular disease,when analyzing is based on the classification of etiology and treatment,it can effectively reduce the mortality rate,increase the success rate of rescue,which has important clinical value.关键词
