前列腺素E1联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察
Clinical observation on prostaglandin EI combined with valsartan in the treatment of DN

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of prostaglandin E1 combined with valsartan in the treatment of DN.Methods 72 phase-3 and phase-4 DN patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 36 cases for each group.Both groups were given the same basic treatment.The control group was treated with prostaglandin El,while the observation group was treated with prostaglandin E1 and valsartan together.Changes of UAER and ACR of both groups were observed before and after treatment.Results Compared with conditions before treatment,the UAER levels of both groups were significandy lower (P＜ 0.01).After treatment,the UAER level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the ACR rates of both groups were lower than those before treatment (P＜O.O1),and the ACR rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Compared with the treatment solely with prostaglandin E1,prostaglandin E1 combined with valsartan can significantly decrease the excretion of urine protein of DN patients.关键词
