摘要
Abstract
Oct4 (octamer 4) gene is a member of the POU transcription factor family and predominantly expressed in embryonic stem cells, germline stem cells and tumor cells. It plays an important role in the maintenance of embryonic stem cell pluripotency and self-renewal. It is expected to become a new target for targeting therapy.关键词
