A study on the chaotic model and the development countermeasure of enterprise technology innovation system
摘要
Abstract
A study on the chaotic model and the development countermeasure of enterprise technology innovation system was conducted. In order to effectively research chaotic characteristics and development measurements of the enterprise technology innovation system based on chaos theory, the study analyzed the chaotic characteristics of the enterprise technology innovation system. It was pointed out that the enterprise technology innovation system has such characteristics as nonlinearity, intrinsic random, fractal and sensitive dependence on initial conditions. On basis of this, the research paper also carried out chaotic metaphor analysis for the system, a Logistic Model (LM) was referred to establish the chaos analysis model of the enterprise technology innovation system, and the parameter discussion result of the chaos model was provided. On one hand, it is shown that, the enterprise technology innovation system has basic chaotic characteristics and supports the basic hypothesis of Logistic Model in chaos theory; On the other hand, both inaction and excessive incentive of the government could possibly lead to a negative effect on the enterprise technology innovation system. The research results provide decision support for government to formulate relevant policies for promoting technology innovation.关键词
