可调节外固定架治疗复杂桡骨远端骨折的疗效观察
Observation of Adjustable External Fixator in the Treatment of Complex Fractures of the Distal Radius Effect
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of adjustable external fixator treatment of complex fractures of the distal radius. Methods:30 cases of adjustable external fixator treatment of complex fractures of the distal radius. Results:30 cases of imaging evaluation; :Excellent 24 cases,good 4 cases,pass 2 cases,the excellent and good rate was 93%. 30 cases of functional evaluation:Excellent 23 cases, good 4 cases, pass 3 cases, the excellent and good rate was 90%. Conclusion: Adjustable external fixation can recover and maintain the distal radius palmar inclination, ulnar deviation and correction of radial shortening degormity, benefit of complex fractures of the distal radius function recovery,easy to operate.关键词
