中西医结合治疗精液不液化症临床观察
Treatment of Semen Liquefaction Clinical Observation of Combined Chinese and Western Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect combination of Chinese traditional and westen medicine treatment of semen liquefaction. Methods: Use transurethral perfusion with hydrochloric acid left oxygen fluorine injection (0. 1 g)for work plus physiological saline(5 mL) ,once a day,ten times as a course of treatment;As the same time,oral administration of Chinese pharmacy,clearing heat and removing dampness, the basic principles is promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Prescription composition; heiba patriniae 20 g,alismatis 20 g,heiba plantaginis 20 g,acorus gramineus 15 g,poria cocos 15 g,eupatorium 15 g,salvia miltiorrhiza 30 g, talc 30 g,born semen coicis 30 g, liquorice 6 g. Results:In 56 cases ,34 cases were cured, 18 cases were effective,4 cases were effec-tiveeness and effective rate was 92. 86%. Conclusion: Integrated traditional and western medicine had significant effect in treatment of semen liquefaction.关键词
