类风湿关节炎实验室指标变化与瘀证的相关性研究
Study on Relationship between Rheumatoid Arthritis and Laboratory Indexes and Blood Stasis Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Correlation between the changes of ventricular index text of rheumatoid arthritis and stasis syndrome. Methods: 100 patients on the basis of TCM syndrome of blood stasis group 52 cases and non blood stasis syndrome group 48 cases. Observation of laboratory testing indexes of ESR, CRP, IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, C4, RF-IgG, RF-IgA, RF-IgM, AKA, KangCCP, PLT and other changes. Results : Blood stasis syndrome group RF-IgG and IgM, RF-IgA and IgA, RF-IgM and PLT, ESR, IgM had significant correlation ( P < 0. 01);RF-IgG and PLT,ESR,IgA,RF-IgA and PLT,CRP,ESR,IgM,C3,RF-IgM and C3,C4 had significant correlation(P <0.05); Non blood stasis syndrome group RF-IgG and IgM had significant correlation(P <0. 01) ,and the rest had no obvious correlation. Conclusion :①Laboratory indicator mainly reflects the features of RA disease but it is difficult to reflect the characteristics of the RA syndrome. Twogroups of syndrome in RA patients showed a correlation test chamber of the disease changes. ②Through RF-IgG,RF-IgA, RF-IgM and PLT,ESR,CRP,IgG,IgA,IgM,C3,C4 have significant or significant correlation to determine the degree of blood stasis in rheumatoid arthritis.关键词
