针刺结合穴位埋线治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征临床研究
Clinical Research on Acupuncture Combined with Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy Shoulder-hand Syndrome after Stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with catgut implantation acupoint treatment shhouulder-hand syndrome after stroke. Methods:60 cases patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. In the rehabilitation training at the same time, the control group using a simple sting Jianqia, Jianyu, Jianzhen, Jianru,Tianzong,Shousanli, Qvchi, Hegu, Waiguan,Tiaokou,Ashixue(both the ipsilateral) ect. Point therapy,treatment group with control group of acupuncture Jianqia,Jianyu, Qvchi, hegu, Waiguan plus acupoint catgut embedding therapy. Using the simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale function changes before and after the treatment in the patients of two groups of upper limbs and hand. Results:The patients in the treatment group of ipsilateral upper extremity and hand function improved significantly, and better than that of the control group(P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The treatment of this disease with catgut implantation at acupoint significantly.关键词
