整脊手法配合小圆枕治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究
Clinical Study of Chiropractic Technique Combined With Small Pillow for Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of chiropractic technique combined with a small pillow for treating cervical spondyl ic radiculopathy. Methods:86 cases of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis patients randomly divided into treatment group and cont group, each group of 43 cases. The control group using soft tissue release technique treatment; the treatment group was treated with c ropractic technique combined with a small pillow treatment t on the basis ofhe control group. Results:In the control group was 49% ,1 effective rate of treatment group was 72% , the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Chiropractic combir treatment of small pillow for treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root stimulation and oppression, can effectively improve or reli< nerve root.关键词
