浮选柱精选细鳞片中碳石墨实验
Separation experiment on fine flake medium-carbon graphite with flotation column

Abstract
This paper introduces the design of a flotation column, based on the flotation characteristic of flake graphite. The design consists of investigating four main influence factors, such as circulating pressure, slurry concentration, column height, and collector dosage by selecting fine flake medium-carbon graphite as the main research object, according to orthogonal experiment, analyzing the significance of the factors, and confirming the factors' degree of impact on the result of the flotation via single factor experiment. The result show that the circulation pressure of 0. 04 MPa, slurry concentration of 40 g/L, column height of 1 550 mm, and collector dosage of 200 g/t contribute to the best graphite concentration grade of up to 94. 190%, the most significant influence of slurry concentration on the graphite concentration grade, and the most significant influence of circulating pressure on productivity. Concentration grade decreases following the increase of slurry concentration, circulating pressure, and collector dosage, and increases with the increase of column height. This research serves as technical reference for the practical application of graphite flotation with column.关键词
