桐庐县区乡卫生院护理质量控制现状与对策
Status on nursing quality control of township hospitals in Tonglu and strategies
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the status on nursing quality control of township hospitals in Tonglu. Method Investigate the status of human resources, management status of nursing quality, nurses' level of theoretical knowledge and operating skills in 13 township hospitals. Result The result shows unreasonable allocation of human resources, inadequate staff and low education level. The qualified rates of nursing theoretical knowledge and operating skills arc 73. 1% and 71. 4% respectively, which shows a poor professional level of nursing staff. The qualified rates of basic nursing, nursing records, disinfection and isolation, emergence articles and health education arc 78. 6%, 75. 0% , 80. 0% , 80. 0% and 78. 5% respectively, which shows a deficiency in nursing quality management. Conclusion The general status of nursing quality control of 13 township hospitals is poor and needs improvement measures on nursing quality management.关键词
