浙江省护理人力资源配置公平性研究
Observation on fairness of human resources allocation for nurses from Zhejiang

Abstract
Objective To investigate the status of human resources allocation for nurses from Zhejiang in 2010 and analyze the fairness to provide evidence for reasonable allocation of human resources for nurses from Zhejiang. Method Analyze related data from the census information of Zhejiang in 2010 and health statistics data of Zhejiang in 2010 by Lorenz curve and Gink coefficient from medical economics. Result The Lorenz curve distributed by population, area, bed and geographical distribution of human resources allocation for nurses from districts of Zhejiang is near absolute equity line. Gink coefficient of population distribution, area distribution and bed distribution are 0. 12, 0. 055 and 0. 032. Conclusion Human resources for nurses from Zhejiang is above national level. Human resources of different areas distributed by population, area and bed are in relatively fairness status.关键词
