宫颈癌手术患者不同时期心理状态的调查分析
Survey and analysis on psychological state in different stages of patients undergoing cervical cancer operation

Abstract
Objective Investigate on psychological state in different stages of patients undergoing cervical cancer operation and put forward corresponding psychological intervention measures. Method Assess 101 cases for their psychological state at admission, Id before operation, at discharge, 2 months and 6 months after operation by self — rating anxiety scale (SAS) , self—rating depression scale (SDS) and self—designed questionnaire on main psychological perplexity and demand. Result Patients have both anxiety and depression at admission. Score of anxiety before operation rises obviously. Depression and anxiety relieve at discharge. Score of anxiety rises slightly and score of depression rises obviously 2 months and 6 months after operation. Conclusion Patients undergoing cervical cancer operation suffer from depression and anxiety, which have different characters in all stages. Psychological intervention according to its characters is a effective way to improve post—operative quality of life for patients undergoing cervical cancer operation.关键词
