金刚石线锯悬浮上砂法制作工艺的研究
Manufacturing process of diamond wire saw by the sand-suspension-electroplated method

Abstract
The fundamental theory of the sand-suspension-electroplated method is putting the core wire in the sand launder filled with plating solution, making the diamond powder suspending by the stirring apparatus, in which the grits are fixed on the core wire through electro-deposition effect. The diamond wire saw was made with 0.3 mm-diameter high-carbon steel wire as the base, the M20/30 ~ M22/36 micro diamond grits as the abrasive, as well as the Watt solution as the plating solution. The results showed that the quantity of the diamond powder deposited on the core gradually increased with the increase of current density, sanding time, stirring speed and the concentration of the grits. The optimal technical parameters for sand electroplating were as follows: current density of 5 A/dm2, sanding time of 4 min, stirring speed of 200 r/min and diamond concentration of 30 g/L.关键词
