胃黏膜病变组织中RASAL1基因的表达及其与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系
Expression of RASAL1 in gastric mucosa lesions and its relationship with helicobacter pylori infection

Abstract
Objective To explore the changes of RASAL1 gene in gastric mucosa tissue infected by helicobacter pylori (Hp) and its significance in the development of gastric cancer. Methods Hp in 58 patients with chronic gastritis confirmed by endoscope and biopsy pathology ( chronic gastritis group) , 58 patients with intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia (intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia group) and 58 patients with gastric cancer (gastric cancer group) was detected by 13C urease breath test and Giemsa stain, respectively. RASAL1 was determined by streptomyces biophile protein - strep-tavidin - biotinper - oxidase (SP) immunochemiohistology. The expression of RASAL, in positive and negative Hp subgroups of each group and within groups was compared. Results The positive rates of RASAL1 gene in chronic gastritis group, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia group and gastric cancer group were 89. 66% , 56. 90% and 13. 79% , respectively, with a decline trend. The positive rates of RASAL, in positive and negative Hp subgroups of each group were respectively 73. 33% and 96. 43 (chronic gastritis group) , 40.63% and 76.92% (intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia group) as well as 14. 29% and 13. 51% (gastric cancer group). Significant differences were observed within groups. Conclusion Hp infection can decrease the expression of RASAL, in gastric mucosa, alleviate its protective effect on gastric mucosa and promote the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.关键词
