侧裂区/中颅窝蛛网膜囊肿显微手术治疗的效果分析
Effects of microsurgery on arachnoid cysts located in the sylvian fissure/middle cranial fossa

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical features, operation methods, complications and therapeutic effects of arachnoid cysts located in the sylvian fissure/middle cranial fossa. Methods A retrospective analysis of 25 cases with intracranial arachnoid cysts was conducted. Craniotomy lock hole microsurgery, cyst wall merotomy and cyst-cistern communication surgery were performed on all patients. The operation condition, effects and complications were observed. Results No patient died after operation, and there were 2 patients with subdural hemorrhage. The complications were controlled better after treatment. With the follow-up of 6-36 months, cystswere disappeared in 6 patients via imaging reexamination, and significantly narrowed in 17 patients. The efficacy rate was 92.0 %. Conclusion Micro-cystectomy with basicranial cistern communication is an minimally -invasive, safe, effective method to treat sylvian fissure/middle cranial fossa arachnoid cysts.关键词
