美他多辛联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗酒精性肝病临床疗效观察
Observation on the clinical effect of metadoxine combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine for alcoholic liver disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of metadoxine combined with polyene phosphatidyl choline in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease. Methods Sixty patients with alcoholic liver disease (ALD) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received polyene phosphatidylcholine on the basis of general treatment. The treatment group received metadoxine on the basis of the control group. The courses of treatment of both groups were 4 weeks. The levels of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), as-partate aminotransferase (AST) total, bilirubin (TBil) and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) of two groups before and after treatment were detected. The symptoms, signs and clinical efficiency of two groups after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of ALT, AST, TBil and GGT in serum significantly reduced in two groups. After treatment, the levels of ALT, AST, TBil and GGT in serum of the treatment group were markedly lower than that of the control group. The improved conditions of symptoms and signs had no significant differences between two groups after treatment. The clinical efficacy rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of metadoxine combined with polyene phosphatidyl choline are superior to that of polyene phosphatidyl choline in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease.关键词
