重组人表皮生长因子凝胶与康复新液治疗Ⅲ级放射性皮炎的疗效观察
Observation on efficacy of recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel and Kangfuxin liquid in treating Ⅲ radiodermatitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (RHEGF) gel and Kangfuxin liquid in treating Ⅲ radiodermatitis.Methods Twenty -four patients encountered Ⅲ radiodermatitis in the process of radiotherapy were randomly divided into two groups, in which RHEGF gel and Kangfuxin liquid were applied on the injury parts in treatment group, and 1% borneol was used in control group. The skin was exposed to the air in both groups, and infected people were treated by applying antibiotics on the whole body. Results The average healing time of the treatment group wound surface was (4.0 ± 1.5) d while that of control group wound surface being (7. 8 ± 3. 5) d. Conclusion In clinic, the combination of RHEGF gel and Kangfuxin liquid has significant effects and short healing time in treating Ⅲ radioactive skin damage, and they can alleviate and control local pain to improve the life quality of patients.关键词
